3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
The purpose of processing is the performance of the public tasks assigned to us by law, in particular informing the public. Unless stated otherwise, the legal basis for processing your data is Art. 4(1) of the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR. This permits us to process the data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
4. Recipients of personal data
Your data may be transmitted to the competent supervisory and audit authorities for the exercise of their respective oversight rights. The technical operation of this website is carried out by the processors named in section 8.

Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose, taking statutory retention periods into account.

8. Technical implementation and hosting
This website is built and published via the platform Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare as a content delivery network. These providers act as processors on our behalf. Technical data, including IP addresses, may be processed on servers located outside the European Union, including in the United States. Where data is transferred to a third country, appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, apply.

When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits data that is temporarily stored in log files: IP address of the requesting device; date and time of access; name, URL and volume of the file requested; access status; the browser and operating system used (if transmitted); and the website from which access was made (if transmitted).
